As an added feature to your WSECU Visa card, you have additional protection against fraud and theft with Falcon fraud detection system. This feature will provide 24-hour protection to help identify and prevent fraudulent activity on your account.

This is a free service provided through WSECU. Please be aware that if a questionable transaction is detected on your account, you may be contacted by a voice response call from VISA Fraud Prevention Services to verify your transactions.  A questionable transaction may also create a temporary interruption in your card use. 

Please make sure that your contact information is kept current with your credit union.
