Home Equity Loans

You've worked hard to purchase and care for your home, and you may be surprised by how much equity it has accrued over a short period of time.

WSECU is your trusted credit union that can help you turn your home into a resource that works for you.

We even make payments easy. You can choose Automatic Loan Payment when we set up your loan. We'll automatically deduct your payment from your account, giving you one less thing to remember each month.

Call us at 800.562.0999 or stop by a local branch to find out more about your home equity options.

Are you unable to afford your mortgage payments but want to avoid foreclosure? There are many options that may be available to you. You may contact the Department of Financial Institutions, the office of Housing and Urban Development, the Washington State Bar Association or the statewide civil legal aid hotline for possible assistance or referrals.

Washington's Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) will help you find a certified housing counseling agency. You can reach them by calling 877.894.4663 (that's 877.894.HOME). DFI can also be reached at 877.746.4334.

The office of Housing and Urban Development will also help you find a certified housing counseling agency. That office can be reached at 800.569.4287.

The civil legal aid hotline is 888.201.1014 (outside King County) or 877.211.9724 (within King County).

As always, WSECU is here to help you explore your options. Please contact us at 800.562.0999.
